So what did I do today?exercise challenge for kids

Today I did all the “Strength Training” on the  Wii Fit Board for 35 minutes. Then I did 25 minutes of stretches and calisthenics! JoJo and I’ve stretched for a middle split everyday! We really want to learn to do a split, also to be more flexible. JoJo is much further down than me. Please share if you know how to do a split, learning to do one or used to. If you know how to please share how you learned!
