My mom and I just figured out that May is National Physical Fitness and Sports month! That goes great with what I’m doing! If you’re working out be sure to take a shower!

So what did I do today?

Today I did 20 minutes of Yoga and 20 minutes of exercising on the Wii Fit board. Then because it’s Saturday my dad watched TV so I went outside for 20 minutes to Jump rope and stretch. I was really just going to jump rope, but I got tired so I was just working on getting lower in a split, reaching farther down to my toes, and stretching in different directions while I was in the farthest place of my middle split.
