The Fit Kid Chef’s 30-Day 1-Hour a Day Excercise Challenge: Day 18

exercise challenge for kidsToday I decided that on the last week of this challenge I will only work out outside! I think it’s a great idea for me to work out outside and just play soccer or football with my sisters because we’re also getting fresh air! Today I went outside, jump roped, raced with JoJo, threw catch and played soccer with JoJo. JoJo and I are like fitness buddies, we’re best friends and we do everything together… Sometimes.

I’m really excited at only failing once, and I hope I don’t fail again!
