The Fit Kid Chef’s 30-Day 1-Hour a Day Excercise Challenge: Day 16

exercise challenge for kidsToday I was SUPER tired and exhausted! I did both of the hardest my workouts in a row! First I did Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred: Level 1, on the first day of doing this workout my whole face was red(this always happens to me when I’m working out really hard or really hot), I was sweating bullets, and during the last exercise I was shaking! This is just the 5th time I’m doing this exercise and at the end of the workouts I JUST dropped one drop of sweat! I was still super tired, but I didn’t stop their…

 

I did 45 minutes of NTC. First, I did one of the “Get Strong” work-outs, then I did one of the “Get Focused” workouts for my arms! Now, when I started this challenge I had absolutely NO muscles in my arm, but now when I flex my arm you could see it go up about a half an inch!
