The Fit Kid Chef’s 30-Day 1-Hour a Day Excercise Challenge: Day 12

Today was a fast and sweaty day! I’m working on VA gig with the help of my mom and I still found time for a nice hour of intense exercising! I’ve also been working on a nice newsletter template! So what did I do today?

Today I did 35 minutes of Wii Fit exercises, and made loads of new high scores! Then I did the 25 minute Jillian Michaels 30 Day Shred: Level 1, Today I did it myself for the first time, meaning with out JoJo. It got so much easier! I’m NOT saying it’s easy, I’m still sweating bullets but I’m now able to follow along will Nichole instead of Anita! After that I took a nice LONG cool shower!
