I’m getting really focused!

Today I did 4 of the Get Focused workouts! I like getting focused on one area at the time. So today I did the,exercise challenge for kids

  • Core Crunch Workout
  • Leaner Legs Workout
  • Shoulder Sharper Workout
  • Back Definer Workout

It was really fun doing these workouts, I was also able to do them at different times of the day… but I didn’t. Thanks for reading, I know that today was a small post but I have BIG news for you! My mom and I are hosting an awesome give-away. The prize is a secret!
