Make Sure To Eat Healthy Too!
Make sure after, during and before your workout you keep eating healthy. If you do all this exercising, then you eat loads of junk food all day, everything you did is worthless. Also, stay away from energy drinks, it’s only recommended IF you actually do about an 1 1/2 of intense working out–which most kids do NOT do…so, no kid really needs energy drinks.
