Welcome to Fit Kid’s weekly tip. Every week I’ll give you a tip to help in weight loss and fitness. I’ll try my best to do this the same time every week. I hope these are helpful, helpful enough that you’ll come back next week for new ones!
Fit Kid Tip:
When cooking chicken breasts cut them in half horizontally, like a fillet. This is called the butterfly cut of a chicken breast. Doing this will make someone think this is a lot more chicken so they will eat a lot less. Also, if you every cooking a chicken breast before, you’d probably know that it’s hard to get flavor in the inside of the chicken, so this tip will also make cooking the chicken breast easier!
